CremationCheck is operated by Copyvisor OÜ, registry code 16023836, Aia tn 5-3, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a pricing request.

Independent Directory

CremationCheck is an independent informational directory. We are not a funeral home, crematory, government agency, licensing board or emergency service. A listing does not constitute an endorsement, certification or confirmation that a provider is currently licensed, open or available.

Estimates and Verification

Displayed costs are regional estimates, not provider-specific offers. Provider information, laws and other content may be incomplete or outdated. You must confirm licensing, availability, services, legal requirements and exact itemized prices directly with the provider or relevant authority.

Pricing Requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee a response, quotation or provider match. Requests are reviewed manually and are not automatically sent to directory listings. We would request additional permission before sharing a request with an outside provider unless another lawful basis clearly applies.

Commercial Relationships

CremationCheck does not currently sell ranking positions or operate an automatic lead-routing program. Any future sponsored placement or compensated referral relationship will be identified as such.

Acceptable Use

You may not submit false requests, use automated systems to abuse forms, scrape personal data, interfere with the service or use the site unlawfully.

Liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Copyvisor OÜ is not responsible for decisions made solely from directory content, provider acts or omissions, unavailable services, or third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
